A qualified service relationship is always initiated by our engineer receiving training from the client in order to familiarize himself with the specific equipment.
External service engineers do not create additional sales!
Our experience tells us that good service gives good after-sale. We have common interests. As our success is directly proportional to our clients success we keep in close contact with the sales department. You can depend on the external service engineer to give you reliable advise as to whether to repair old equipment or buy new.
External service engineers are more expensive than our own people!
Not necessarily. We have service engineers across the entire country. With a large organisation, we are able to service you rationally and cost efficiently. This means fast response, less travelling, a more flexible organisation of the service work and in the end satisfied users.
